1.你們【三星消費者電話客服】壓根沒有記錄用戶們提出的【系統(tǒng)“限制”后臺應(yīng)用程序不通知】問題,還是并沒有上報此問題給你們【三星總部】那就是“玩忽職守”了!
2.還有你們【三星手機服務(wù)通遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)工程師】也是【和電話客服】一樣的壓根沒把用戶提出【系統(tǒng)BUG問題】當(dāng)回事!
3.【電話客服和遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)工程師】都向你們?nèi)强偛糠答佊脩籼岢龅膯栴}了,總部【研發(fā)工程師們】也是壓根沒把用戶提出的問題當(dāng)回事,還是沒有能力處理這個【系統(tǒng)BUG問題】?
4.還是你們【三星】擅長忽悠消費者用戶只管賣產(chǎn)品,不提供售后服務(wù)?
5.咱們【三星產(chǎn)品全球銷量第一】難道研發(fā)技術(shù)比美國蘋果還有國內(nèi)華為,小米,OPPO,VIVO ,研發(fā)技術(shù)差嗎?

In February, the user gave you feedback on the "System "Restriction" background application without notification] problem. The methods you provided have all been tried but still not worked. Later, I called you [Samsung Consumer Phone Customer Service] for feedback. Your Samsung phone customer service claims that it will record the problems mentioned by users and give feedback to the R & D engineers at the headquarters to deal with this system bugs. Later, I made an appointment with you again through [Samsung Mobile Service Connect], and the remote operation processing has not been handled well either. Your Samsung technical engineers also claim: I will record the problems you feedback from users on this side and give feedback to us again from within Samsung headquarters [R & D engineer]!
